Here is the new price list for the works done. I have revised the prices to reflect the actual labor cost and customization request. This effort is to standardize the pricing and ensure that all customized jobs are itemized based on requests. Again, thank you for your support and godspeed!
Leader Class Figures:- Touch-ups - RM90 Full repaint - RM130
Ultra Class Figures:- Touch ups - RM70 Full repaint - RM100
Voyager Class Figures:- Touch ups - RM60 Full repaint - RM100
Mega Class Figures:- Touch ups - RM50 Full repaint - RM80
Deluxe Class Figures:- Touch ups - RM40 Full repaint - RM70
Scout Class Figures:- Touch ups - RM30 Full repaint - RM40
Legend Class Figures:- Touch ups - RM20 Full repaint - RM25 Definition: Touch ups - Major areas (80%) of the figure will be repainted, detailed up and clear coated according to the customer specification. Full repaint - The WHOLE figure will be taken apart, repainted and clear coated according to customer specification. Additional request lists Conversion request prerequisites:- 1) Conversion parts must be provided by the requestor. However if parts are not provided and I have to source for the part, the sourced part price will be advised and additional charges will be incurred, which includes :- a) Traveling and petrol charges - RM15 b) Time frame, which means if the requestor requires the custom urgently, additional RM10 will be added custom will be prioritized (On a first come first served basis) c) Price of the part/figure the customer request.
Example of conversion would be (but not limited to):- - Swapping leader Optimus Prime hands from the 1st movie to the second movie Prime - Converting Deluxe Universe Silverstreak to Jazz or Sunstreaker to Wheeljack Actual conversion prices will be agreed upon me and the requestor via phone, email or SMS communication. Here is an example of the conversion request breakdown - Conversion job/labor (RMXX - to be agreed upon by me and customer) + (RM15 - traveling charges, if applicable) + (RM10 - priority charges, if applicable) + (RMXX - touch up / full repaint, if applicable) + (RMXX - Price of the figure needed by the customer to do the conversion) = RMXXX Therefore, if the request is to convert Universe Silverstreak to Jazz, it will be calculated as this - Conversion (RM30) + Traveling (RM15) + Priority Charges (RM10) + Full repaint (RM70 - Deluxe class) = RM125 However if additional figure is needed to complete the conversion - Example converting Sunstreaker to Wheeljack, then it will be calculated like this - Conversion (RM30) + Traveling (RM15) + Priority Charges (RM10) + Full repaint (RM70 - Deluxe class) + Downshift or Big Daddy figure (RM70) = RM195 Therefore, it is cheaper for the customer to provide me with the parts that is needed to do the conversion on their figure. NOTE: The price does not include the price of the figure (needed to do conversion on). Kindly remember that. Figure has to be provided by the customer.
2) If at all conversion parts are difficult to source or cannot be sourced, I will advise the requestor on the alternatives and the requestor will be billed accordingly on the alternative parts. 3) For those interested in buying the customs that I have already done/own, please refer to the general pricing above and add the following price for the respective figure corresponding to the class:- a) Leader Class - RM200 b) Ultra Class - RM110 c) Voyager Class - RM100 d) Mega Class - RM60 e) Deluxe Class - RM50 f) Scout Class - RM30 g) Legends Class - RM20 Example:- 1 Leader class (RM200) + touch up job (RM90) = RM290 1 Deluxe class (RM50) + full repaint (RM70) = RM120
Thank you all and have a good day.

It has come to my attention that there is a party out there that is slandering me and my works with regards to customization of his/her toys. The recent spate from an unknown guest commented that I charged RM100 for the custom Classics Thundercracker and citing that the paint flakes and it was a shoddy job. It seems odd because I have hundreds of customers and all have no issues with my work. My commitment to my customers are, if there is any additional request for touch ups or recondition, they have to contact me directly to fix it. That is my modus operandi when engaging the customer before the custom work is carried out. To set the record straight: 1) So far I only did 2 custom classics TC. I have contacted the owners (i have their names and billing details) and one said that the TC is still with him and the other customer said he sold of the TC to some other buyer which means:- To make matters worse, there are people impersonating as me in other forums and using the pics from this blog, passing them as their own and selling services that are sub-par. This has affected my reputation as a modeler and kitbasher. To set the record straight, If at all the custom job is not of your standard, there is always an avenue to address the issue, ie calling or SMSing me. However, for my own defence, I always strive for customer satisfaction and if the customer is at all not satisfied with the job, he/she can always contact me and I will do whatever touch up for FREE. So therefore, for that poster who slandered me in my blog, man up and confront me and let's discuss and sort this out man to man. No need to hide behind the veil of the internet postings. If at all my job is unsatisfactory, I will assist in fixing it provided if it is justified. I am a staunch supporter of my own works and if there is any slander or libel being carried out with malicious intent to discredit my credibility, I will not hesitate to take legal action. Regards, TCracker |
